As Founder and Principal of Millennium Energy Partners, he leads an execution-focused LNG infrastructure and commercial platform operating across integrated LNG-to-power development and long-term supply architecture. His work centers on aligning portfolio suppliers, infrastructure sponsors, utilities, industrial buyers, and international banks to deliver bankable, phased LNG supply strategies.

He specializes in structured LNG procurement and trading frameworks supported by LC-based trade finance, credit alignment, and risk-managed delivery mechanisms — working closely with Tier-1 portfolio suppliers and financial institutions to integrate commercial, credit, and operational components from the outset.

Beyond supply structuring, Lasha focuses on full fuel integration within large-scale power generation, regasification, and downstream infrastructure projects — aligning long-term LNG offtake structures with infrastructure configuration and financing pathways to ensure reliability, flexibility, and durable energy security.

His approach is execution-driven and structure-led, bridging capital, supply, and infrastructure to build scalable LNG market-access platforms.
